  • A one-night option is only available for midweek weddings and events and to be discussed to determine availability.

  • Yes! We have parking for guests and vendors onsite.

  • We do require event insurance. This is usually very affordable and can be added to a homeowner’s or renters’ policy. Please reference the preferred vendor list for insurance recommendations.

  • Yes! We do require a planner onsite. There are countless reasons why having a planner is essential, but the most important one is that you deserve to enjoy your special day. A professional planner ensures everything runs seamlessly, coordinating with vendors from setup to breakdown, allowing you to focus on celebrating. If you’re in search of a great event planner, we have wonderful recommendations!

  • Yes, we welcome and accept all couples to our venue to share their love!

  • We allow the couples dog onsite! We couldn't imagine your day without your fur baby being part of it! Dogs are allowed to stay in the house for an additional fee per dog.

  • It's essential to choose the right vendors who can perfectly execute your vision, and we want you to have the flexibility to make those choices. We are happy to suggest top-tier vendors across all categories—catering, rentals, florals, and more—who have created stunning events at our property. If you're interested in receiving our recommended vendor list, simply send an inquiry and mention you'd like it, and we'll share it with you!

    If you’re considering working with a vendor who hasn’t yet partnered with us, we’d love to have a conversation to ensure they align with our property guidelines and expectations. In most cases, we’re able to approve these selections once we’ve connected!

  • We have a restroom onsite for weddings under 70 guests. Weddings over that will require a restroom trailer. We have a water hookup and power for the restroom company to use! We’re hoping in the future to add restrooms next to the barn, but for now, there are some nice luxury restroom trailers available to rent!

  • We most certainly do not! You are renting our beautiful property, we would not charge an additional fee for your ceremony to be here as well.

  • Yes! We do. We have an assortment of tables, chairs and a bar. Reach out to chat more about this.

  • We have (3) hanging chandeliers, sconces, and bistro lighting. IF you want to add some gorgeous uplighting, co-owner Steve, is a lighting designer and we can provide uplights for an additional rental cost. We can also do more than uplights, so we’re happy to chat more about this to determine your budget + vision.

  • We ask that amplified music ends by 10:00PM.

  • Yes! However not everything is paved (i.e grass). Since we require restroom trailers for events over 70, we understand that some restrooms trailers are not ADA accessible. We would allow guests that need an ADA restroom to use the house foyer restroom as there is a ramp that goes into the house.

    • (1) Bridal Suite with a King (+ en suite bathroom and a space to get hair and makeup done). – Can sleep 2

    • (1) King – Can sleep 2

    • (1) King Bedroom – Can sleep 2

    • (1) Twin Bedroom – Can sleep 2

    • (1) Double Queen Bedroom (with pullout couch) – Can sleep 6

    • (1) Double Bedroom (with trundle bed to sleep 2) – Can sleep 4

    • (1) Pull out couch in the game room – Can sleep 2

    • (2) Cots – Can sleep 1/each

    • Candles – No live flame allowed, but fake flame is looking like real flame these days!

    • Confetti/Glitter – No, sorry! If you don’t want to clean it up, neither do we!

    • Sparklers – We could chat about a sparkler send-off outside of the barn for approval. But nothing inside the barn.

    • Fireworks – This would need to be approved by the town + would require an insured firework/pyro company that specializes in fireworks to handle 100% of this. We would not allow anyone to handle themselves.
